EyePoint recently broke ground on a new 40,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing/lab building located in Northbridge, MA. Upon completion, the mission-critical campus will feature over 10,000 SF of pharmaceutical manufacturing cleanrooms; 6,500 SF of lab/GMP space; 6,000 SF of high-bay warehouse and technical/utility space with 20' clear heights and two dock high loading doors; and supporting flex/office space.
