As Founding Partner of Churchill James, Tom leads our acquisitions, development and permitting of mixed-use, multi-family and hospitality investments. During his tenure at Churchill James LLC, Tom’s focus has been on acquisitions and development of uniquely positioned multi-family and commercial property in New England. He has vast knowledge of the hospitality and food service sectors based on his experience building out the national franchise program for the Flatbread Company.

Chris Archambault
Partner, Head of Finance & Investments

Chris leads our investment analysis, financial strategy, diligence and asset management for all of Churchill James’ acquisitions and developments. He has over 10 years of experience evaluating and structuring real estate development deals and long-term real estate investments across residential, commercial and hospitality holdings. In addition, he coordinates bank financing, legal matters, and investor capital for Churchill James LLC. Chris delivers critical strategies to finance and capitalize Churchill James’ projects across asset classes.

Harry DiLeo
Partner, Head of Strategy & Government Relations

Harry has over 10 years of real estate experience in acquisition, development, master planning and government relations. He is responsible for high-level strategy and has extensive experience creating value for our properties by repositioning them to their highest and best use. In addition to his real estate holdings, Harry brings a unique perspective as an owner of DiLeo Gas Inc, a regional propane utility company that has been in business for almost three decades.

Tony Khalife
Partner, Head of Operations & Controller

Tony oversees the financials, operations, tax, budgeting and cash management of Churchill James LLC and its various investments. He is also a Managing Partner of Seaport Financial Partners LLC. As a CPA and CFP with over 10 years of accounting and tax experience focused on real estate & private equity, Tony is responsible for our investment & internal financial reporting, business processes and overall operations.
